Return & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy; if you wish to return your product, you would have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

For cancellations please contact us via ‘contact us’ link. Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@vrsz.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
